Lyme borreliosis is an anthropozoonosis transmitted by the bite of a tick and caused by Borrelia. Its incidence is globally rare, but there are areas of high endemicity in the world. Neuroborreliosis has quite diverse presentations, the most characterized being meningoradiculitis and facial paralysis. Through an observation we report a case of neuroborreliosis with peripheral polyneuropathy of acute evolution strongly reminiscent of a Guillain Barré Syndrome.Downloads
