Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most frequent cause of childhood impairment. The aim was to assess Tunisian children with CP by characterizing their capabilities using common international functional measures. This cross-sectional study included 80 children with CP. CP was especially spastic (75%) and bilateral in the majority. Children were classified as MACS level IV in 27.5%, FMS level 5 in 37.5% and CFCS level IV in 30%. Age and clinical status, communication (CFCS) and mobility (FMS) were identified as predictors of functional outcome (p=0.000).Downloads
