Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) is the most common inflammatory rheumatism in children. We collected 26 cases of JIA. The incidence was estimated at 60 cases/100,000 admissions/year. The sex ratio (F/M) was 1.6. The average age of onset was 7.5 years. Five forms of JIA were individualized: systemic (11%), oligoarthritis (46%), RF-positive polyarthritis (11%), RF-negative polyarthritis (26%), and enthesitis-related arthritis (4%). Arthralgia and arthritis represented the most frequent mode of onset. Complete remission was obtained in 15 patients. Bilateral uveitis and glaucoma complicated one oligoarticular form.Downloads
