Introduction : Vascular arch anomalies (VAA) represent a group of several malformations with a common embryological origin and a wide range of clinical manifestations. Confirmation of the diagnosis is radiological (thoracic CT or MRI angiography). Material and methods : Descriptive analytical epidemiological study conducted in the pediatric services of the Farhat Hachad University Hospital of Sousse and Sahloul University Hospital of Sousse, over a period of 18 years. Results : The mean age of patients at diagnosis was 3 ± 3.5 months. Respiratory symptoms were reported in 31 patients (93.4% of cases). Our series included 20 cases of incomplete forms (60%) represented mainly by ARSA. Conclusion : VAA is a relatively common but underdiagnosed condition.Downloads
