Allgrove syndrome also called triple A is a rare autosomal recessive disease associating achalasia, alacrimia and Addison disease. We report the case of a ten years old boy, born of a consanguineous marriage, having learning difficulties, who was hospitalized to explore melanodermia with walking difficulties. The 4A syndrome was diagnosed. We prescribed substitution therapy for adrenal failure, artificial tears, and he underwent cardiomyotomy for his achalasia. The outcome was favourable with 16 months of follow-up.Downloads
