Diffuse lipoblastomatosis in lower extremities about a pediatric case

Lipoblastomatosis is a rare childhood lipomatous tumor derived from embryonic fat. A case was found in a 7-month-old girl with a right thigh mass showing diffuse fatty infiltration of both lower limbs and intracanalicular extension confirmed by MRI. Despite its benign nature, the tumor can be locally aggressive. Surgical treatment is required to prevent recurrence.Downloads
