Résumé

The prevalence of Pancreas Divisum ranges from 5-14% in the general population and is considered a potential cause of recurrent acute pancreatitis (RAP). This case is of a 10-year-old child presenting with recurrent pancreatitis since age nine. CT identified pancreatitis and MRCP assisted in the diagnosis of a type III pancreatic divisum. MRCP is a valuable diagnostic method however ERCP remains the modality of choice for interventional management.
