Résumé

Les premières données pédiatriques concernant la COVID-19 ont prouvé que les formes cliniques ne sont pas graves dans la majorité des cas. Nous rapportons un cas pédiatrique tunisien de forme critique, une fille âgée de 6 ans ayant un SDRA sévère atypique secondaire au SARS-CoV2, traitée par oxygénothérapie à haut débit et décubitus ventral avec une évolution favorable.
