Abstract

Cannabis is the most commonly consumed illicit drug. Children are therefore at risk of cannabis intoxications, especially accidental ones. We report the case of 3 children brought to the emergency room for acute consciousness disorders related to acute cannabis intoxication. The diagnosis was clear in 2 cases where the parents immediately confessed. Use drug was not admitted in the third observation. The approach was to eliminate diagnostic and therapeutic emergencies through additional tests. Two patients had biological confirmation through urine testing. The outcome was good for all patients. Discharge was done after reporting to the child protection delegate.
