Abstract

Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) related to a novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) is a new emerging disease in childhood and which may be serious engaging the prognosis. It is characterized by fever and at least one organ involvement with marked inflammatory syndrome. Its pathogeny is not yet fully elucidated but traduce a cytokine storm. Its management is multidisciplinary, and it's based on immune-modulatory treatment.
