Congenital hyperinsulinism (CHI) is the most common cause of severe hypoglycemia in neonatal period or infancy. We present two cases of familial HI with homozygote mutation of KCNJ11 gene. Clinical presentation, treatment modalities and genetic diagnostic are discussed.Downloads
