Background: Extra-intestinal manifestations of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are multiple but neurological involvement remains rare. Aim: Describe clinical and radiological features of central neurological manifestations in children with IBD. Methods: Retrospective study of pediatric patients with IBD and neurological involvement over a period of seven years. Results: 17 cases of IBD recorded; neurological manifestations were found in three patients: cerebral vasculitis, epilepsy, and cerebral venous thrombosis. Conclusion: It is necessary to think of central nervous system involvement in front of any child with IBD who presents with neurological manifestations.Downloads
