Introduction: As part of a reform of medical studies, the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis (FMT) introduced case-based learning and replaced the magisterial course for the assistant professor competition. The objective of this work was to receive feedback from FMT teachers on this method. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study carried out in January 2022 through a questionnaire on Google Forms. Results: The number of teachers who responded was 218, representing 15.5% of the total number of FMT teachers. The presentation of a pedagogical case was known by 93.5% of participants. Among teachers 28.5% considered case-based learning to be a good learning method and 55% considered this method insufficient to judge the candidate's teaching skills. Conclusion: It seems important to encourage the integration of case-based learning as a means of learning and to strengthen the training of teachers on the presentation of a pedagogical case.Downloads
