Erythema multiforme is a rare acute skin condition. The characteristic elementary lesion is a cocoon lesion. It is most often caused by Herpes simplex virus or Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. The presentation is usually mild, we report the case of a 13-year-old child who was admitted for erythema multiforme with severe ocular and mucosal involvement.Downloads
