Background: Early research on COVID-19 has proven pediatric forms are not serious in many cases. We report one of the first Tunisian critical pediatric cases, a 6-year-old girl with atypical ARDS secondary to SARS-CoV2, treated with high flow oxygenation and prone positioning with favorable outcome.Downloads
