Poland's syndrome (PS) is a rare musculoskeletal congenital anomaly with a wide spectrum of presentations. We report the case of a newborn aged 15 days with abnormal breathing. The physical exam found a right chest depression without respiratory distress. Chest X-ray showed agenesis of the 4th, 5th, and 6th right ribs. Thoracic ultrasound confirmed hypoplasia of the sternocostal beam of the pectoral muscle. After 15 months, the patient maintains a slight chest depression with no respiratory or functional impact.Downloads
