Adams Oliver syndrome (AOS) is a rare congenital disease characterized by the association of congenital skin aplasia most often of the scalp, transverse abnormalities of the limbs associated with vascular abnormalities. We report the observation of a male newborn with a poly-malformative syndrome: diffuse neonatal telangiectasia associated with scalp aplasia, venous malformation, complete agenesis of right toes, hypoplasia of left toes, bilateral hexadactyly, right cryptorchidism and intrauterine growth retardation. The short-term evolution was favourable under local treatment.Downloads
