Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) is an opportunistic fungal infection that predictively affects patients with immune deficiency, particularly those with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD). Six cases of IPA with CGD were included (5 boys and one girl). All patients had pneumonia with prolonged fever. Two cases had dyspnea. The IPA was indicative of CGD in 4 cases. Voriconazole was the first-line treatment in 2 cases. The course was fatal in one case.Downloads
