Facial asymmetries to the tears are rare. We report a pediatric original case that may fall within the framework of a Cayler syndrome. At the pediatric ward, in a female infant, was discovered a lack of mobility of the labial commissure on the right side, only when crying. The echocardiogram showed pulmonary stenosis. A karyotype with FISH technique confirmed the diagnosis of Cayler syndrome by showing a microdeletion 22q11.2.Downloads
