Introduction: Fibrolipohamartoma is a benign, rare, childhood and young adult tumor of unknown etiology, characterized by a proliferation of fatty and fibrous elements surrounding the nerve, infiltrating the epineurium and the perineurium. Its elective location is the distal part of the median nerve. The association of Fibrolipohamartoma with Macrodactyly achieves Lipomatous Macro-dystrophy. Through two observations we describe the specificities of this benign nerve tumor on the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic level. Conclusion: Fibro-lipomatous hamartoma of the median nerve is a rare, benign tumor of congenital origin, very slow evolution and difficult clinical diagnosis. MRI can make the diagnosis. The treatment must be early and conservative with decompression of the nerve.Downloads
