Abstract

Gaucher disease is the most common lysosomal storage disease. Bone involvement in type 1 Gaucher disease is common. We report the case of a child with recurrent osteomyelitis diagnosed with Gaucher disease after a bone marrow biopsy and confirmed by enzymatic dosage.
