Introduction: Developmental glaucoma is a heterogeneous group of rare conditions. Herein, we aimed to evaluate the clinical outcome of developmental glaucoma. Methods: Retrospective study including 54 eyes of 28 patients. Results: Mean age 114.36±60 months, sex ratio 0.73, bilateral rate 85%. Four forms: Peters syndrome (24 eyes), Axenfeld Rieger (20 eyes), Aniridia (6 eyes), Sturge Weber (4 eyes). Visual acuity below 1/10 in 58% of cases. Severe glaucomatous neuropathy (C/D=0.8) at diagnosis was an independent risk factor for severe visual impairment and long-term surgical failure. Conclusion: Developmental glaucoma can lead to blindness. Delayed diagnosis was a risk factor for poor vision and surgical failure.Downloads
