Endobronchial actinomycosis associated with an often underestimated foreign body is a rare situation that has been previously reported only in adults. We report the case of a 6-year-old male child with a past history of foreign body aspiration partially extracted. The clinical and radiological findings were that of a bronchiectasis. The diagnosis of a bronchial actinomycosis grafted on foreign body was made after surgical treatment. An antibiotic treatment based on amoxicillin was administered successfully for 6 weeks.Downloads
