After elimination of infectious causes, the dosage of methoxylated derivatives of urinary catecholamines and the Osteo-medullary biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of neuroblastoma. Conclusion: In the case of unexplained prolonged fever in a child mostly under 5 years old, the diagnosis of neuroblastoma must be systematically considered.Downloads
