Abstract

Some children have a difficult-to-control asthma despite an optimal treatment. Through two case reports of uncontrolled asthma, we held the diagnostic assessment which aims to eliminate a differential diagnosis and to address contributory factors and comorbidities before making the diagnosis of severe asthma by authentic resistance to treatment. Severe asthma phenotype is mainly allergic in child.
